This wasn't built
in a classroom.

Gary Christmas didn't arrive at this method through academic study. He arrived through fire — literal and metaphorical. Through a 15-hour forgiveness ceremony in a desert blizzard. Through a brain injury at 13,000 feet with no medical infrastructure for miles. Through standing on the summit of Armageddon and choosing to declare peace.

Each experience stripped away another layer of certainty he hadn't known he was carrying. Each one pointed toward the same truth: when a human nervous system fully inhabits the present moment, outcomes shift. Not sometimes. Consistently. And that capacity is not rare. It is trainable.
